I recommended Jared to a friend and initially things seemed to to run fairly smooth. Towards the end of the process I noticed the paperwork became sloppy and he became more difficult to reach. As a result a reaffirmation agreement was not executed properly and the end result was not acceptable.  I was told by the opposing law firm they had a difficult time reaching him and they did not receive the necessary documents. Furthermore conversations he claimed to have had with them came into question. What is the truth? When asked about this his response was " I am sorry you feel this way". This is not about feelings but rather about facts. In my opinion he did not finish what he started and a full explanation came to late.

Last fall I was arrested with a DUI. I am a commercial driver and when I told my company about the DUI- I was fired on the spot. A family member referred me to Dan Mitnick.  Daniel was able to negotiate so I wouldn’t lose my license, reduced the charges down to Reckless Driving and not have a DUI on my record. He got me the best possible scenario. I don’t know that any other attorney could have done this. He has a lot of power and leverage to negotiate. Daniel saved my life! KB

These guys did a great job for me! I was very happy to work with them after being referred to this firm by a friend. I appreciated that I didn't have to check on them and they stayed on top of my case to resolve it very quickly. When I had questions the staff and attorney were very sweet and never acted bothered by me as some other firms have that I have worked with in the past. GB

The Mitnick family has represented our family for many years.The entire office is very helpful and compassionate.Dan made it possible for our son in law to acquire custody rights of his daughter. His ex-wife had to go through multiple attorneys to try to win but Dan was unstoppable.There is no reason we would retain legal services from any other attorney but the Mitnick team !! Thank you for always being there to always help and support our family !!
