Dustan Neyland is an incredible defense attorney! He fought the DA's office every step of the way, and was able to get us a DISMISSAL! While he promised us nothing in the beginning, he gave us more than we could have ever asked for! Hopefully we will never need his services again, but if you are looking for a top notch attorney HIRE DUSTAN!

My wife and I were involved in an auto accident in 2012.  The at-fault driver ran a red light and T-boned my vehicle at 50 mph.  The at-fault driver's insurance company had us in their office less than 48 hours post-accident trying to get us to take what seemed like a suspicious deal.  I consulted Dustan Neyland and signed a contract for him to represent me to the insurance company.  I could not be happier with the results.  My wife and I did not attempt to game the system.  We went back to work the next week, painful as it was.  Due to this, the insurance company wanted to pay virtually nothing stating we were not really injured.  Dustan negotiated a great deal for us (we had realistic expectations and were not trying to get rich).  He is obviously in practice to make money, but that did not keep him from keeping his clients' best interest as a first priority.  You will not go wrong hiring him for representation.

I think I had a great attorney. He was a former DA in Harris County, so he knows how they work and think. He knows the law and legal system very well. He was able to prove to the DA that the cops took my blood without a valid warrant and he was able to get my case dismissed.  After this was all over, he was able to help me get my record cleared.

I'm so greatful to have found Dustan to help me in my situation. I never thought that I would ever need a criminal defense attorney. Dustan has an amazing knowledge of the system.
