I would highly recommend The Law Offices of Hart J Levin to anybody seeking criminal legal counsel. Hart Levin and Matthew Cohen fought for me for months while I was incarcerated. I was facing 2-6 years in state prison. Hart and Matthew challenged the DA and the judge on my case repeatedly, insisting that I was not a criminal, that I was a drug addict that needed help. The judge finally agreed and I was sentenced to 6 months in a rehab program and 3 years of probation. I have been clean and sober ever since the day I was arrested (7/26/2014) and I just recently discharged probation. I owe so much to these men for believing in me and fighting for me when the justice system was ready to write me off and send me to prison. If you want people who will not only work hard for you, but also have a genuine care for those that they help, call Hart and his team. You won't regret it.

The besy attorney...goy my felony reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail  i was facing 3 years in prison.  I got zero jail.  He knows everyone in court and they all really like him and treat him like a king . I understand why...hes the best!

My family reached out to him for a criminal matter. He seemed considerate at first and helpful. Later he contacted people when I asked him not to and this amplified the situation. I don't believe he is the best resources for a criminal case. The last time I met with him when asked what his plan was he yelled at me and my family threatening if I wanted to go to jail because I asked him specific questions, about his plan. Because of his direction this caused stress on my family.  He shared confidential medical information without my consent. He also gave unsolicited information to someone in the case. My family and I have decided to find new representation. Based on the other reviews he seems like a good DUI attorney. Many of his clients avoid jail time. I guess their DUI's are serious because I have a few acquaintances that have DUI's and their only punishment was a fine and treatment. No jail time. I hope this helps.
