I give them 5 stars because of the actual attorney that handles the bankruptcy cases (Aimee Malich). She is super fast at responding to emails/calls and i felt that my case was in the best hands because of her. They got the job done even when other attorneys didn't think it was possible. 

As far as the office: they offer free consults which is great but they need to work on their organizational aspect of the business. They have you come in multiple times each time to bring something new when they could've just told you everything they needed from the beginning and that way waste less of yours and their time. I understand some people need to be guided step by step but they should learn about the client and if it's someone who needs little assistance then just be clear and upfront and respect their time.

For Patrick Cordero himself, i am happy that my case was resolved and that it was a fair price for my case. I am upset at having to wait 2 and a half hours one day to see him because i needed someone to give me clear answers to my questions. He literally walked in the room said i'll be right back and then an hour and a half goes by before he comes back (he went to another room to speak to another client).

Because what is important is that the price is right and the results are achieved, i gave them 5 stars.

I was the biggest pain in the rear that you can find in this world but the staff never gave up on me, they're were very professional and always helped and calmed me down. PATRICK even helped to refinance my car after ACURA finance denied me to renew my lease, he promised to help me and even helped to secure my loan so I was able to renew my lease and have a car which it was my biggest concern. After everything was done I even received a letter from the trustee office thanking me for being always on time and for my commitment with the case which it was in part thanks to the office and finally I can tell now that life is not done and if you have any problems you should go and see PATRICK and I'm pretty sure he will find the best solution for you. I Really recommend this attorney and his service. He will make you see the light at the ends of the tunnel.
