Where does one turn to when they are in need of help and legal advice? It can be hard to know who to trust. If one were to actually spend some time and do their research- then they would find that Rachel Michael is hands down one of the best attorneys that Colorado has to offer. After growing up on the east coast- I ran into a problem while I was in Colorado. While this problem could have easily turned into a devastating and life altering situation- it did not. It did not because I contacted Rachel from the get go and it was handled appropriately and effectively. She knew this situation was handled incorrectly by law enforcement. Rachel Michael is a good person and at the end of the day she will honor her commitment to having your best interest at heart.

I have had one brief interaction with Ms. Michael. I am not and never was a client of Ms. Michael. This is my opinion, based on an experience that happened at 3:10 PM on June 21, 2017. It is my experience that Ms. Michael could improve her listening skills, especially as a highly trained professional who's job is to speak on her client's behalf. Ms. Michael left me a very angry voice message, after a dispute about professional behavior by one of her employees which I acknowledge was contentions on my part--I was upset that Ms. Michael's employee was unable to provide basic information about a contract attorney that they represent. Unbeknownst to Ms. Michael, I had already called the employee back and apologized, and her employee had acknowledged my apology. I called Ms. Michael back, at her request anyway, and listened to her repeat a grievance that had already been resolved, and then I calmly tried to explain what happened. In a short span of 3 minutes, Ms. Michael started of with an attempt to listen, but then she 1) interrupted me, 2) cursed and yelled at me, 3) threatened to interfere with my interaction with the other Attorney, 4) made false claims about me based on hearsay, and 5) claimed she was privy to my conversation, which unless she monitors calls is not true. Ms. Michael then hung up on me. If you are looking for legal representation, I would recommend seeking legal counsel and representation from from someone who 1) Has command of their emotions, 2) Gets the whole story before jumping in with an opinion 3) Listens and does not interrupt 4) Does not make threats 5) Relies on first person accounts and not hearsay. 6) Does not set their employees up for failure

I was referred to Ms. Michael by other Lawyer's who vouched for her experience and expertise. I thought I presented her with a simple, straight forward case. Well, it turned out to both our surprises, not so. Ms. Michael did not charge me extra for the time it took to TRUDGE through my case. She and her Assistant, Rayannan, were tenacious. We all could not believe the twists and turn it that occurred. It was resolved and finished with quality and thoroughness . I cannot thank them enough. It was not easy, and many would have not done what it took to resolve the matter. They are a wonderful team.

I was very satisfied with the services provided by Ms. Michael and her staff. She did an great job negotiating a favorable resolution for me,. an out-of-state driver, after a traffic accident while on vacation in Colorado. I was kept informed of the progress of my case throughout, and all interactions were very professional.
