Richard really knows his stuff. He works really hard for his clients and devotes himself entirely to their case. If you've been arrested for a DUI in Marietta or Cobb County, I highly recommend giving Richard a call.

I was made to feel at ease with my first contact with Richard. I would recommend him to anyone with a DUI/DWI issue. Richard always kept me informed of what was going on and what to expect. My court case went much better than I expected. Because of Richards expertise I received no jail time and was able to keep my drivers license. If you have a DUI or DUI issue call Richard.

Richard was wonderful and so helpful throughout the entire process. He always returned my phone calls and emails within the hour. He was able to reduce DUI charges to reckless driving! Richard Lawson someone you want as your lawyer. I was on my way home from Northern Georgia and heading to Central Florida. I was pulled over by the Georgia Highway Patrol for speeding and was eventually charged with DUI Refusal (2nd Time). While Speaking with Richard after I have been released from jail it was around 10pm and Richard answered his phone the first time I called. We spoke about what had transpired and he also told me my options with me possibly hiring him. He was hired by the end our conversation. During the course of my case I never had to return to Georgia. By the end of my case Richard had got my DUI Refusal (2nd time) dismissed and reduced to Reckless Driving. In addition to this whenever I called or emailed Richard he would respond within an hour or less. I now am confident to recommend Richard to anyone that needs similar help while in the state of Georgia and lives out of state. C.F.

Responsive, Reassuring and Gets Results I was scared to death as this was my first time in any kind of trouble. It took several months for my case to come to court. Mr. Lawson kept me informed the entire time, always personally answering the phone or calling me back. Due to his skill and knowledge, my DUI and related charges were reduced to reckless driving.
