I was injured in a boating accident where I was left with lost wages and unpaid medical expenses in addition to the pain and suffering and other limitations. I consulted with other attorneys but none of them were interested in taking your case.  As a chiropractor you were treating Mr. Lavin and we discussed my case.  With no hesitation and extreme confidence, he took it on and within a short time he secured a settlement that I was very happy with.  

We have since become good friends. I feel very comfortable and confident in referring my patients to Tom, knowing that they will receive the very best in legal representation. The ways he helped me in such a difficult time are unimaginable. I am forever thankful for his help and now for his friendship. I was so impressed with Mr. Lavin's knowledge and experience.  He made me feel immediately at ease with my situation, and it was a huge relief to know I could relax and trust his office to assist me.  Mr. Lavin's staff members are incredibly kind and helpful.  I have recommended him on numerous occasions and will continue to do so.  Even if he can't help with a specific case he will find a lawyer who will.

I met Thomas J. Lavin in 2014 and I was immediately impressed with his dynamic energy. I can say that he varied background in law with more than 30 years of experience, both in NY and Florida.  He is  happy and tenacious in assisting the vulnerable and those people who have been injured. Being in the health field myself,  I have discovered that Mr. Lavin and his entire staff are indeed expert in the personal injury field.
