Our experience was a negative one. Of course, the difficult old, moody, and picky owners, esp. a lady-spouse with British accent who tried to follow and boss us at our inspection and sell us her old furniture (incl. a coach with broken leg),  and the old interior (rotten wood windows, etc.), cracked garage door, old huge ugly pine trees clogging the gutters with piles of needles, etc. was not Leslie's fault, but her communication was very sloppy and delayed. She delegated her cust. service manager, Jasmine Taylor, who seemed very lost. She was always late to respond and missed important communication, e.g. never confirmed our agent's e-mails about inspection and then asked to confirm the very inspection our agent e-mailed about twice.
But the reason I even bothered to post a review about her at all was her unprofessional response to our Inspection Report findings and related request for credit. She called it "nit-picking" (probably quoted the lady owner). If nothing else, the agent should remain neutral and professional in her communication and refrain from the moody owners' labels and metaphors.
Then they held our Earnest Money for some 10 days or so. 
Anybody can list a property and collect a commision check, but a true professional is more than that. But, perhaps, she can care less; I see her name on many For Sale signs, so all Vernon Hills and Lake County is in her pocket, so why worry about one bad review?

Very effective and efficient real estate listing team. From day one staging, photography, net listing and social networking,  through many, many showings and follow ups till Leslie ushered us through final negotiations and sale, she and her team performed wonderfully.

Leslie McDonnell and her team provide a first class experience for all of her customers.  When my customers are moving to Chicago, I always check to see if they will be in Leslie's area.  She works hard to make sure that they are well represented.

Whenever I have a client who's considering a move out of the Hinsdale area to the greater Libertyville area, I only need to make one call-to Leslie McDonnell. Leslie and her team are pros. I know my clients will be well taken care of. I have referred dozens of clients to the Leslie McDonnell Team. Sometimes people wonder why a Coldwell Bankr agent refers clients to a RE/MAX agent. I do so because it is the right decision as there is no higher level of residential real estate service provider in the far northern suburbs than Leslie.
