Absolutely love this bar. What makes The whole experience???? The bartenders. Absolutely sooooonice and amazing !!! Thank you staff. Facilities are clean yet “divey”. A hidden downtown gem for sure! Megan is amazing and extremely helpful and such a cheery face even when we are so much! She takes the time to stop and talk to each client which I find amazing!! Erica has been a phenomenal staff member to us as well!
Haters got this place at 3.5 at the time of this review... Like ... This place is pretty legit . Didn't try food but will later on today and update .. in any case why the hate ? This is a nice little dove bar outside the hustle of Orlando like... Five stars ... It's legit got games... Has live sports... Good beer on tap like why the hate ?
It's unfortunate to give this three stars simply because of how dog friendly this establishment is, but the pricing for drinks are way too high for the demographic. Also, they have a great jukebox, but won't let customers use it because they say that the owners want the music to be controlled by them. The music is total garbage that they play and way too loud. Are they trying to go out of business?
I have visited this place twice now and both times were great. I really enjoyed the Jukebox where you could control the music. The bartenders both times were great. We'll definitely be back!
Bartenders: 10/10. Beer & Drinks: overpriced. Everything else: overpriced trash. The food is garbage, the cigars are garbage. The bartenders are the only reason to visit. Whoever is running this place is extremely luckynot skilled. The owner does a podcast and its full of negativity :
Hands down one of the best vibes near Lake Eola. Make sure you stop by and get an old fashioned with Buffalo Trace. Definitely our new local spot.
The bartender Erica greeted me at the bar and took such care with my drink. She posses the ultimate hostess bartender qualities. I felt like I was visiting her home. She introduced me to some regulars and I have been enjoying coming her for 6 months now. There are many bars in downtown Orlando but if you like to feel like you belong, that you are appreciated- spend some time at the Local. Third Thursday of each month they host cigar nite. What a party, the owner was there dancing and giving that same family vibe that Erica has! Awesome vibes & thank you for being a cut above the rest!
Bad service. I get my nails done next door. While I was waiting for my nails I went and had a drink. The first bartender was so nice; I wish I could have gotten her name. Well after getting our nails done, my friend and I decided to go back and the second bartender we had was so rude. Like she didn’t want to be there at all. I would never set foot in this establishment again…. And it’s all because of ONE rude bartender.
Great bar! Shoutout to Jay, Erica and Taylor, first class treatment everytime! Also the audio system they have is really good quality which adds to the experience. Nice touch on the cigars available to purchase
Awesome spot to meet and mingle with Locals just beyond the fountain. Great wines and tasty bar menu. My favorite wine bar in downtown Orlando.
