Lawrence was extremely helpful and supportive during our move, including offering suggestions as to how to make best use of the storage space and offering suggestions re: how to best dispose of excess stuff. He also keeps the place immaculate.

The Lockup was perfect.  It was so clean and easy to access.
Dorothy, the manager, made the sign-up experience very welcoming and easy.
The price was just right too.  I had been renting from a competitor and this was a wonderful improvement!  Climate controlled, CLEAN!, easy access,very secure, and indoor loading and unloading.  The opposite of the competitor.
I will definitely rent here again if I ever need to, and highly recommend the Park Ridge facility, and Dorothy!

I was a client for a year and I'm very satisfied with everything. Special props to Dorothy who manages like a champ. Great customer service that goes well over and beyond a normal standard. The facility is clean, secure, and convenient. It seems well thought out. If I ever need storage again ..... Thanks a bunch.

Over a year ago, I was looking for a storage facility. I started with the Lockup in Park Ridge. I was met by a lady named Dorothy who was the reason I did not go anywhere else. She was extremely friendly and most knowledgeable. She explained to me how her facility could meet all me needs. She couldn't have been more correct. My experience with this facility and Dorothy's professional help made my "stay" most pleasant. I even rented a second locker for a short time. I have since moved out but wouldn't hesitate to got back because of the kind and considerate way I was treated!!!

I can only say positive things during my time using The Lock Up Storage. The storage unit manager, Dorothy, was excellent in service and prompt to follow up on requested items. I moved to the city but retained business with the company due to the service and quality of space. I highly recommend using the facility. Thanks again, Dorothy and company!
