The rooms are clean and nice; beds and sheets comfortable; but, pictures are deceiving, the rooms are not as large as they look, and the king-sized bed seemed petite for a king.  

We checked in a day early, and checked-out a day early, but still had to pay for leaving early.  The gave us a credit for a free night in the next 6 months; a nice gesture, but we don't plan to be in Jackson in the next 6 months; an 8 hour drive is not worth a free night in this hotel.

The front desk staff, particularly one young man, is rude. 

Guests were smoking in their hotel room near ours, and nothing was and about it.  

Lounge food and service was wonderful!

Breakfast was FREE (great selling point), but, so-so; like a Holiday Inn Express minus the delicious cinnamon rolls.

Well appointed hotel with great facilities. Price also is good. Heated pool, spa, hot soak tub, sauna. Ski locker facilities. Town free bus service outside door, as well as hotel shuttle makes getting around easy.

So reasonably priced for such a great place. The wood carved bears everywhere, the antler sheds used for the lighting, the attention to detail while building this place was great. Staff is very friendly, shuttle included in your stay at no cost, to wherever you want. The indoor/outdoor pool with the indoor soaking tub, and outdoor spa is a great way to end the day with a drink.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The concierge service is amazing. Driving you anywhere in town is awesome. I wonder what's really weird is the king beds that they have aren't technically King beds they are 4 by 6 inches too small we even had reception come and measure them.

Great moderately priced hotel. Breakfast and shuttles are nice perks that are complimentary. Clean, quiet room with fireplace
