Story

Our family’s proudly owned and operated The Lodge Restaurant for over sixty years, and we couldn’t be happier to serve guests our favorite recipes in our tranquil and relaxed setting. What started as a one-room restaurant back in 1953, our place now boasts two banquet halls, a full-service bar, and a recently renovated lounge area. Whether guests are looking to celebrate a large, special event or enjoy a romantic meal overlooking Lake Webster, we’re to here to provide everyone with an experience they won't forget. We stopped here a couple of nights ago for the first time.  Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.  Thought it was reasonably priced.  Waiters were friendly and we got our food quickly.  The only thing missing is live music.  Definitely will go back again.

Came in on 4/19/2018. Missy our server was great. Food was good except whoever the cook is should find new employment .my wife ordered a baked potato loaded with the loaded on the side. When food came out baked potato was fine. The loaded came out on mashed top of a side of mashed potatoes!!! Explanation from Missy was he said he couldn't put it on side because the cheese would stick to the plate. He argued with Missy and said just take it to them. Horrible suggestion......horrible . Enough said. We tipped Missy graciously but I really feel like that should not have been even an issue!!  Best part was we were even charged and extra dollar for it!!. I really wanted to talk to the Manger and do believe her meal should have been a no charge but since Missy was great no sense starting an argument with an obvious cook who shouldn't be

My waitress was princess Cathy who was a 10/10, she was fun, classy and full of life. Loved her! Ask for her when you go here, I had a wonderful meal per her suggestion!

Salmon and Tuna we're very good, red roasted potatoes were dry and hard. Drinks were excellent along with our server

Horrible place don't waste your time. Has to be the most pathetic looking salad I've ever seen two thin tomatoes and onions on a bed of crappy iceberg lettuce. For the amount of money you are charged for food they really need to ramp things up. Waitress is friendly but slow. The place is empty and over staffed so slow should not be possible. My food came out barley warm.
