I waited almost an hour past my scheduled appointment and when I asked to be rescheduled/what was going on, was finally told she was almost ready for me. The one thing I hate is being placed under the heat while my color develops because it fries my hair...well she did just that. I'm now dealing with fried/frizzy hair and among all the blow drying I could see bits of my hair flying away forever making me look like a porcupine on top. Although the finished product looked kind of pretty that day I'll likely not return because where the hair is fried keeps breaking off no matter how gentle I treat it. Was not happy with the cleanliness of the storefront salon either.

Having just recently moved to Brandon, I was on the hunt for a new stylist. Great reviews lead me to Lisa and The Loft and I couldn't be more thrilled. She was such a sweetheart and seriously gave me the best haircut I've ever had. I had recently gone from really long hair to super short and I was ready to take it to the next level and go with an even shorter pixie. Lisa was meticulous and my hair has never looked better! She is really great at what she does and she's super nice. The whole experience was fantastic. I feel so lucky to have found her on my first try. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Everyone at the salon is very nice from the start! My hair dresser Liz Childress was amazing. I booked my appointment online with her after seeing her pictures on Facebook. She then reached out to me and asked for pictures of what my hair looked like now and what my inspiration was. This showed me that she wanted to start thinking about how she was going to get my hair to where I wanted it. Through out the entire experience she showed confidence and enthusiasm which made me even more excited to get my hair done. By the end she had perfected the look I was going for with no trouble at all. Great salon and big thanks to Liz!!

It was my first time at this salon and I'm very pleased. Alicia was great!! She did exactly what i wanted and more... Not only that she did a great job with my hair, she made me feel very comfortable! I've been in Florida for over 5 years now and i have to say, I have finally found someone whom i can trust to do my hair! I will definitely be coming back!!!! Thanks, Alicia!!!
