Best seafood we've had in a long time. gumbo, catfish,                Voodoo shrimp pasta were all great. Dam shame we had to travel almost a 1000 miles to find it  service was great. We loved it.service was great. Friendly atmosphere.

Gumbo sampler was a great first impression. Seafood gumbo was my favorite. Ordered a bowl and the first catfish item on the menu which was laid on a bed of rice smothered in the seafood gumbo. We also ordered a catfish plate with fries. It was all delicious. Cajun seasoning at table added the perfect spice. Best Cajun food in a several mile radius.

Unique in 4 important ways: Gumbo ! Crayfish ! Catfish ! Etouffee ! All real, authentic, and incredibly tasty. This is true Cajun food exported to mountain Colorado. 

They start you with a decent-sized taster's platter to totally hook you because there were at least 4 entrees that I could have chosen. I had the lobster bisque and my wife had the catfish and we left totally satisfied. The prices were high, but after eating at two other restaurants over the next day I attribute that to being in Pagosa. In Aspen it would be double.

Good food, nice staff- My lobster bisque was good but could have been served hotter. Daughter got the shrimp po-boy that she said was great. Overall a good place to eat.

Never have I had such awful diarrhea after eating out! My boyfriend and I came here because of the great reviews but man, we were SO sick that night we couldn't go to the hot springs because of how bad we felt.  The food was OK in taste, but after my bathroom experience I would NOT recommend this place!! Lets just say he and I wished we would have gotten a room with 2 bathrooms at the resort!
