We have been with The Management Trust for over 8 years.  We own property in Santa Maria CA. They are professional and always helpful.  

Pay your rent timely, do not cause property damage and be sure you do not disturb those around you when you rent. The Management Trust is doing their job as managers, if this is considered rude, rent elsewhere.

Their latest post in the monarch dunes newsletter had the address in error.

Made it impossible to comment on zoning laws.

I'd say they're incompetent and would give them no stars if possible

These folks are incredibly rude and have the absolute worst customer service. Low to no class folks. If you get stuck dealing with them I feel for you.
