WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MINUTE WE WALKED IN ON FRIDAY, JULY 14, 2017... Reserved a table for 4 ppl & was told tables were only held until 10pm but saw other ppl being seated at reserved tables ... TOTALLY BS Went to the nearly empty bar, asked for a bucket of beer which took 3 bartenders to figure out who was getting the beer & who was taking our cash on top of that we waited 15 minutes for the bucket... We finally sat at a table the no one was at but had a reserved sign on it but according to the owner CHELA PLUSH on the way in tables weren't held after 10pm so they're just saying some BS... The owner and the hostess argued with my wife & I about the situation indirectly calling us LIARS... After spending $60 in the first 30 minutes the customer didn't matter. BEWARE ON ORDERING A BUCKET OF BEER. THEY OPEN ALL YOUR BEER BOTTLES IN THE BACK BEFORE GIVING IT TO YOU. SIMPLY AWFUL!!!

The staff inside this place is rude. Even sitting in VIP with bottle service. I would like mangement to call me back. I have left voicemails and the cell phone connected to this club don't answer. Will not be back

Bunch of good for nothing crooks. I wanted to see a good show at a cool spot ended up getting finnesed out off 700$$$ ...paid for our tickets to the show and our bottle service .... As soon as our last bottle finished they kicked us to the back of the venue ...mind you they didnt even give us a option to purchase another bottle they were simply like you gotta move if you dont like it we'll kick you out

Had an amazing time, music was dope. 🎤Zoey Dollaz was in the house🎶! VIP🍸 service was excellent our host 👯was super sweet and attentive! Two thumbs up👍👍 to the 🎧 DJ Klash for all the​ birthday shout outs.
