I scheduled a non-emergency service call last week for Monday. On Monday, no show, no call. In fact, when I called after the appointment window, I found out the appointment was never scheduled. And, there was no service recovery offered other than they could arrive in 30 minutes. Very disappointed. I will be using another plumber in the future. Master's Plumbing Company should be avoided.
