I’m sorry to say I had a very disappointing experience.  They were more concerned about selling more expensive products then giving me the $150 hydra facial I paid for. The lady who did it did not even know how to work the machine.  This particular facial Is suppose to take a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes. She did mine in less than 10!!  Very disappointing experience:(

Dr. Jimenez is rude and I went as far as to learn how to rate it on google. I had a bad experience here. I hope they figure out how to not be so poor in their service from my review. It was painful and not caring. I wish I wouldn’t have went there.
