It's has been a hassle every time I've been here. Swithed to Walmart and have had no issues other than today because they were out of a presciption. Came across the street to the Medicine Shoppe and they act strange. I just came from surgury and  they said they had the right not to serve us. They called my Doctor and he pretty much put them in their places. Won't be back. New owner is awful.

I absolutely love the Medicine Shoppe. The Staff consistently do a great job of helping me get my prescriptions at the best price on my tight budget. They always go above & beyond for me. Anise, Audra & entire team do right by me.

Tracey, I have no ide which "The Medicine Shoppe" you went to, but I know it could not have been the one that I go to on Patton Road in Huntsville. The reason I say that is because I have been a customer of theirs for MANY years now and they are nothing but polite and helpful. They bend over backwards to take care of their customers by looking up discount coupons and everything else that you require from them. I have never used a pharmacy before that tries to save money for you, but they certainly do. I can call them on the phone and I don't even have to tell them who I am because they know my voice. That is the personal touch type service. Try and get that from a Walgreens or CVS,,,,,,
I don't know what your situation was with them, but sometimes we must consider the source of the complaint before we consider the complaint in the moment of anger??

The greatest pharmacy ever!  My family has used this pharmacy for decades.  The staff is EXTREMELY helpful!!!  I love this pharmacy!
