My husband and I come here every year in our wedding anniversary. It's our special celebration! I LOVE the Melting Pot! It's fun and tasty! I love that the manager seems to remember us every year and makes a point to come talk to us. They make us a special dessert plate with anniversary well wishes.

I've been to the Sacramento location and I wanted the best version of this restaurant so I found this location. So amazing, they accommodated my proposal requests, rose pedals, floating candles, private secluded booth, champaign, customized chocolate plate with the proposal written on it. It was very nice and my wife turned out to love everything about it.

This is a fun spot for a night out with the family or friends. We take our little one here and loves being able to cook his own food and is entertained from start to finish. Nice bar offerings as well!

First thing that comes to mind is the word SLOW. Eating here doesn't have to take over 3 hours. By the time dessert came out I was so ready to go. Ok place but the service in my experience was below average. The service just has no flow as far as the courses coming out. Manager Wendy was nice. Too many girls hanging around the front podium socializing. Dress code was all over the place. Food was literally OKAY. Gotta ask for water refills. Cute and different type of establishment. Too pricey when you consider the fact that you cook the food your self. Cost is about $50 per person. Save your money and buy groceries instead. Lol

Foods great. Ambience great. Service is good but usually slow. Plan on spending at least two hours.
