Great date night. Servers are knowledgeable and always try their best to entertain you. Cheese fondue taste amazing and the food is basically Americanized hotpot. Definitely worth a try!

Update: I have went again a few times since my first review and the staff has been nice. So I will change my review from as 2 to a 4 star. I recently went for my birthday and everyone was nice and the food was good. Multiple staff attended to our needs and I even got a little birthday cake. I've gone many birthdays and anniversaries and this is the first time I've gotten a little mini cake. Then even ask you if you are celebrating anything when you get there but the other times I've never even gotten a birthday song. So kudos to Gabriel for making me feel special for my birthday and helping to change my rating for this particular Melting Pot!!!!

(9 months ago) I went on a Monday at 6pm and the lady told me i couldn't come without a reservation bc they were busy. Not sure if they were racial profiling because it didn't look busy to me. It wasn't a holiday or anything. The ones in Atlanta have better service and definitely don't have 3 hour waits on a Monday when it looks dead.

A little hard to find in the shopping center "has a small sign". The food and staff were amazing. Delicious 4 course meal options and a la cart options as well. Great place for a date night or anniversary dinner. A little pricey for the amount of food that you get. Bring your wallets. Worth it for the quality though.

Terrible service. The worst I've ever had at any location let alone one where it's $50 per person. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Food was subpar, way too pricey, and it took 3 hours to get through our meal. Unacceptable.

Great experience, but slow pace eating and expensive dinner if you do the 
4 course meal option. I don't encourage you to be hungry when you arrive, but it is a relaxing dinner and cooking your own food the way you like it!
