We loved the inside decor and the mood of the restaurant. I was expecting the entree to be bigger and the cheese fondue to be better. Our dinner was also around 4 hours. Also, my drink was not very good. It was our first time ever going to a Melting Pot and I guess we went on Ladies Night. I wish the lady on the phone taking our reservation had told us that because we would have picked another night. Other than that the dessert was absolutely amazing and besides the entree being small it was good. We will be back for dessert but definitely not on ladies night.

My 11 year old niece was so excited. She couldn't stop talking about how fancy it was. She is a super picky eater and eats like a bird, but she thought this was amazing and ate till she said she was ready to pop! We love this place! Great for any special occasion! They gave my niece and I little gift bags for our birthdays!

Chocolate and cheese fondue are always amazing!  Prices have increased and the amount of food has been scaled back.  My family and I enjoy going there for the 4 course meal and the ambiance. Highly suggest to make reservations. Expect to be there for at least 2 hours and enjoy the experience.

Great place for the whole fondue experience. Nice and cozy. A good date night location.
Make reservations. Expect a 2 hour 3 "section" meal experience: the appetizer (cheese), the main meal (meat and vegetables) , the dessert (chocolate). Around  $50 per person.

First of all my husband and I paid $105 to cook our own food... the cheeses are weird and there's a small selection compared to other fondue places I have been. After your cheese entree, they bring out a pot full of water that smells like "cup o noodles" no matter what you put in the pot to cook it all comes out tasting the same. 
Also the waitress tells you the times to cook all the meat but they don't tell you what kind of cook is each time. Everything we cooked was rare even though we cooked for a minute longer then the suggestion. And I hate rare so much I threw up when we got outside.
