Wonderful selection and service. Very attractive wood floor and furnishings on the inside. Like you walked from your rural cabin to your closet neighbor for some of their magical alcohol.

It's a great resource in our area for wines, spirits, etc.  Last Christmas season I found that they were selling the lowest-priced brand name champagne so I was able to buy quite a few bottles to give to friends who invited me for Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas dinner, New Year's Day lunch, etc. and they did not cost me a fortune.  Then I went and bought a selection of French wines that were priced right compared to my usual source in NY and NJ.  I found the lowest-priced USA vodka brand there too.....I prefer to shop locally and so I now go to Merchants before I go elsewhere - it has the best prices in Ulster County.  The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.  The managers are great too.  I recommend this place highly.
