My daughter started going to daycare here when she was 6 weeks old. I was terrified to leave her with anyone and go back to work. From the first day I picked her up until now I have had nothing but good experiences, she's been going for 6 months so far. The teachers in the infant room truly love their jobs and give each child the love and attention every parent could hope their child gets. My daughter is always happy to get there and smiling when I pick her up. The teachers make weekly lesson plans, yes even for my little girl, which they send home so you know exactly what songs, books, sign language and yoga movements your little one is learning. The daily reports they send home lay out your little ones eating and bathroom routine as well as what activities they did, when they slept, and what her temperment was. We absolutely love this daycare and are so happy we found them.

Both of my sons have attended this daycare, and I couldn't be happier with the staff and care provided for them! My boys have always looked forward to going, which definitely helped with my guilt of them having to attend daycare. Debbie the director and all of the teachers have made sure my boys have been happy and well cared for! So thankful to have found such a great daycare so close to home!

I called to enquire about enrollment and was encouraged to set up a tour where we could discuss enrollment and any questions I may have. When I showed up for my tour I was informed that the woman I was to meet had a meeting and was unable to make it. Why did she schedule to meet with me if she could not make it? I gave her the benifit of doubt and assume it was a last min thing. Another woman walked me to the classroom and gave me a enrollment packet, she answered questions about the day to day activities of the children but all of my enrollment questions needed to be answered by the woman who did not show up. She said that I would get a call from her later in the day so we could discuss my questions. She never called. Instead a day later the woman who walked me to the classroom called and informed me that they had no availability till July, no other information was provided. Do they have a waiting list? Is it first come first serve? I'll never know because the woman who handles enrollment could not be bothered to discuss enrollment with me. 

If this is how they treat potential clients I can't imagine how they treat their current clients. They obviously suffer from communication issues and due to the unprofessional way they handled my inquiries I will not be enrolling my daughter. 

For the record the woman who gave me the tour was very polite and kind but her hands were obviously tied because she had no knowledge of enrolment so she was unable to answer all my questions. She did however do her best to try and I appreciate that immensely.

My 2 year old hair was pulled out of his head in two different spots today also he has a scratch on his face and no one can tell me what happened to my child. Two teachers in the class room yet no one seen what happened. After I spoke with his teacher who was clueless, I left the daycare to make a phone call and when I came back my sons hair randomly appeared in an envelope they found his hair by the cot he sleeps on during nap. (So they say) The director then told me maybe he pulled his own hair out. My son doesn't do things like that, he did not pull out his own hair. No incident report was written up and I was not allowed to see the camaras. 
I reported them to CPS. I'm praying I get some answers soon!
