Stayed in one of the timeshare units, which was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, extended if you wish. Laundry, full kitchen, bath, bed, dining and lounge areas. Very well established with comfortable quiet rooms. The spa and tasting area are in a very quaint cave, giving it a very nice charm. Definitely would recommend someone staying here for a nice relaxing time. The restaurant on site however was slightly underwhelming, but not bad food by any means

Plenty of parking near the main building. The event I visited went well with nice staff and good catering. The whole building was clean and pleasing. The area was nice with decent views and it was easy to get around in a car. Great place for an indoors event with attendance of a few hundred people.

Our timeshare membership makes this quiet, elegant vineyard resort affordable. Facilities and staff are fine, but the front desk and housekeeping rarely answer calls; phone the concierge instead. The under-construction expansion may make the site less cozy. We'll continue to return while it's comfortable.

Great customer service from the moment we checked in.  Courteous staff greeted us since the moment we stepped in until we left.  Breakfast included in rate was complete, with many choices on menu.  Pool and Jacuzzi very clean and kept at a nice and warm temperature, surprisingly, since it was winter.  We enjoyed walking through their vineyards and tasting their own wines at the "cavern" TRINITAS.  Bedroom and bathroom was clean and updated, featuring lots of pillows and fine linens.  So much to do, and eat, or simply relax by the pool/jacuzzi.

What makes a great place is not only the service they provide to their guest but also how they deal with issues.  

I am happy to report that after talking to the front desk about the food issue the very professional and courteous staff referred us to the Director of Food and Beverages, Frederic Najem, who apologized to the me and the kids and personally corrected the situation by providing us with a table and an excellent service. Yes, he personally took care of us.  After dinner, we came back to our room to very nice surprise, cookies and milk for the kids and Champagne, cheese and crackers for my wife and I. Did I mention that all of this was on the house! Nice comeback Meritage!  I commend your quick response to your guests issues.  Thank you,
