Unreliable, Irresponsible and Unprofessional. Called 2 weeks ago for HVAC repair work.  Technician arrived 2 days late and only because I kept calling looking for him.  Had to use OUR parts for repair and still took 2 days just to stop a leak in the air conditioner. Technician left without telling me and I had to call the Middlebrooks dispatch to inquire where he was only to be told he wasn't feeling well. They rescheduled us two more times and each time no one showed up because the tech was sick. Multiple residents waiting to have air serviced and it is now several days later and no repairs done by Middlebrooks. Poor excuse for a business. Avoid these LOSERS at all costs, they clearly don't want or need the money.

I rate these people a 10 on the scale!!!  AWesome  I recomend them to any one with heating and air problems!!!
