Love coming to this gym! The killer workouts brought me here (no matter your level), but what really gives me the motivation to get here everyday is the community. It's not just working out, it really is a family! Makes it 100X easier to come get your butt kicked because of the awesome members & trainers. :)

This is such an awesome place to work out. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone feels like family. I would not be where I am today physically  without the trainers. I would recommend the Mountain Gym to anyone!

I have struggled at consistently going to the gym, but since I've been going here! It's easy. Such a fun and energetic atmosphere, that keeps me going! I LOVE IT. The trainers are great to explain workouts and help out every step of the way!

As a high school athlete I got used to working out with other members of a team. Through the years I have tried to maintain my love of exercise, but it has been extremely hard to stay motivated. Working out alone at a regular gym or running on my own was never effective. I was not motivated and could never overcome the inevitable resistance that comes with daily life. Coming to the Mountain Gym has changed that for me. I have found that team atmosphere that I have been longing for. Not only are the trainers amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable, but the other members of the gym are so welcoming and supportive. I used to hate to wake up and "work out". Now I look forward to getting up and building my fitness level side by side with friends! The Mountain gym is well equipped with enough equipment for each class member. The space is well laid out, and the programming is already done so all you have to do is show up ready to work!

I’m from out of town and decided to stop in this morning.  Glad I did. Great Box with genuine people.  A very inviting and fun environment.  I would highly recommend!
