The Nash is named for "the most valuable player" in jazz (Modern Drummer Magazine), Phoenix native Lewis Nash.
Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix The Nash brings a full calendar of live performances of jazz each week, featuring major touring artists and local bands.
The venue also seeks to ensure the future of jazz through its educational and outreach programs, from vocal and instrumental instruction, to hosting student performances and jam sessions.
To support the art of live jazz and to cultivate interest in jazz through youth education, scholarship opportunities, and community outreach.
