Enjoyed their brunch and loved everything about it! All the servers were super friendly and cool and were very knowledgeable about everything this wonderful spot has to offer. We had the asparagus and biscuits as an appetizer and split the veal schnitzel as our main course. All our food was super fresh and exquisite. The drinks were awesome too. Their Irish coffee is without a doubt the best I’ve ever had in Miami. Looking forward to coming back here asap for their happy hour and dinner. Cheers and thank you New Schnitzel House that’s where the old Schnitzel House used to be.
Loved The New Schnitzel House! What a wonder addition to the South Florida food scene. It’s modern yet traditional German food. It’s fantastic! What amazing service, our server Lazer was the best! I just came back from Vienna which is mostly German food and known for schnitzel and I came here when I came back and missed schnitzel especially with lingonberry. The latkes, the veal schnitzel, short rib goulash, brat plate, cucumber salad, cheesecake, and apple crumble was the perfect dinner for our group! The wine and beer selection really paired fantastic with the food, seamless service from Lazer, just amazing service with such a cool vibe, see you soon! Also parking is free in the back, it’s rare you find free parking anymore in Miami.
A new neighborhood staple. Best schnitzel in miami brought to you by the kindest, most passionate people in the business. Shout out Christian - it was such a pleasure to have you taking care of us. Great appetizers must go to happy hour, entrees, dessert & DJ-STEVE. Will come back again and again and again. Also fire martinis ask for Switch or Christian!
As we entered The New Schnitzel House, we were graciously welcomed by Helen, who seated us and answered our many questions about the most popular German foods there. We were so excited to try the menu. We had never been to the previous Schnitzel restaurant, so this was going to be a new experience for us. We were surprised at how large the restaurant was and how well they integrated the outdoor dining with indoor dining. There are also 2 bars, indoors and outdoors. This is really a cool place! The ambiance has a very nice 80s pop art feel to it. Casual yet chic. We loved it. The tables were spaced nicely and the chairs were very comfortable. The lighting was dim but not dark. I felt relaxed and peaceful. The color scheme chosen for the furniture, artwork, and woodwork was very well done. Our server was the well-versed Antenor, who took very good care of us! His timing was impeccable with the dishes as well as keeping the water glasses full. His food recommendations were very good as well. For our apppetizers, we ordered the delicious Pretzel with the various mustards, the Shrooms with Fennel, and the Spetzel, which was a German mac n cheese version. My daughter ordered the Chicken Schnitzel, and I ordered the Veal Schnitzel for our main entree. Both were tender and well prepared. We ordered the mashed potatoes with our main entree. For our drinks, I ordered a glass of Carignan, la Patience, and Larisa tried the Wild Turkey bourbon old-fashioned. Everything tasted very good! The New Schnitzel gives generous portions, so we had to ask for 3 doggie boxes to take home some of the food. We left room for dessert, and thank goodness that we did, because I absolutely loved the German cheesecake!! It is one of the best that I have ever tasted! Larisa got the Apple Crumble, and she enjoyed that! We had a fabulous pre-New Year's dinner here and will definitely go back. There is ample free parking in the back, so no worries there. There is wheelchair accessibility also. Reservations are advised with Saturday evenings being super busy!
Great restaurant for a good classic schnitzel meal! They also have great appetizers like the German sausage with fries salchipapa or latkes. Excellent cocktail bar. There’s indoor and outdoor seating areas and an overall good vibe. Parking in the back of the building is plentiful and free. Try making a reservation ahead for the weekends because it can get busy. Vegetarian options: They offer salads Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options Parking: Free parking behind
Loved the brunch here - you can taste the homemade quality in everything. Ambiance was excellent. We sat out on the patio and it was cutely decorated with the perfect vibes on the house music. Our waiter Scott was super attentive and friendly. And the owner Adam even came out and spoke with us for a while. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good food and good vibes!!
Food was good, vibe was great, music was on point. A stellar time was had by all. Kinda gives me disco diner vibes but the bathroom is all Elvis. They had a vegan schnitzel which was just freaking awesome. The natural wine was excellent and well priced. Not much negative to say. Service was super awesome and casual. Servers were stylish. The water pitchers were old school coffee pots. This place is a gem! Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled vegetarian and vegan options
Quite pricey for a chicken schnitzel. I spent 42 alone just on a schnitzel and happy hour beer. Great vibe though. The music is excellent. I would definitely hit the outside bar for happy hour though.Food: 4/5
It's really hard to find a great German spot in South Florida and I will have to say this is my favorite to date. It's small and can be easy to miss and I get it because it has happened to me before. I found out about the New Schnitzel House from a friend and was so happy to check it out. The vibe and decor inside is really chill and comfortable. The beers are excellent, the appetizers such as the pickle plate is really good and was recommended by the server. The main headline though is the chicken schnitzel, if you're coming out here, you're trying it. And let me tell you, it was a mouth-watering experience. Would do it again just for that! Parking: Small lot behind the building
Great decor, wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. The New Schnitzel House is perfect for an intimate date night or fun meet up with friends. Hanging out at the bar is also great, love the wine selection.Food: 5/5
