These guys are fantastic! A bit absent minded at times, a little overwhelmed by customers at others, but that's a good sign. They helped like 20 people do all sorts of stuff just while I was in there dealing with issue after issue with my old bike. We would fix one thing and then another would crop up lol. But, I meant WE, because they show you what's going on throughout the whole process when they fix your bike. They teach as they repair and they are very proficient. Their labor rates are AWESOME! Their parts prices are unbeatable. Their service was great too. I don't give out 5 star reviews...in fact, I think this is my first. Get your bike fixed here or donate your old bikes to help them with their community programs to help the less fortunate get bikes. You won't be disappointed.

Bought a mountain bike from NW Hub. They do a wonderful job of helping others in need with bike transportation. They train people how to maintain bikes that are donated. Definitely a worthwhile place to consider when looking for a used bicycle.

This place has a motto: "bikes for all."
  The staff are all pretty cool, (Hi, Chris...)
    Friendly, helpful, & always able to answer my Q's, &/or let me use their tools.
  Want a bike, but $'s tight? Volunteer to earn a bike, its a great program.

New and used bicycles. Can work on your own bicycle. Bins of used parts one can buy very inexpensively.

The BEST bikeshop. This place has heart written all over it. We should all support places like this. I met a staffer Jesus and he was so helpful helping me pick out a bike for my growing boy. He helped me understand the why and why nots of picking out bikes for kids. I paid for the bike and they added a kickstand for no additional cost. I walked out of the on a cloud. I was so impressed with their “upcycle” mentality, especially when you have growing children and don’t want go drop a ton of money on a bike they won’t ride for more than a year. Such a fabulous experience. Definitely support this local place and their mission!
