Although I do miss the peanuts they used to have, I just recently had an EXCELLENT experience at this particular Oasis. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the hostess and shown to a booth after being asked if I preferred a smoking or non-smoking area. I was treating my mother to a late Mother's Day dinner and knew that she loved grilled food. A few moments after sitting down my waitress came and introduced herself and asked if I wanted something to drink. I told her that I was waiting for someone else to arrive, and she was completely understanding. I saw her working a few other tables as I waited and she was nothing but positive and helpful. When my mother came she almost immediately came to take our drink orders and told us the special right away when asked. She made us feel welcomed and was prompt with any requests we had. Without her service the experience would not have been as memorable. If you're going to be eating at this particular Oasis, ask for Genea!

Quiet nice establishment, great food and fantastic service. Our waitress was Breonna and she was very nice and good at her job. I had the catfish platter, my husband had the shrimp Alfredo pasta and they were both delicious.

Amazing steaks, service and quick. We had a party of 6 and our steaks were cooked to perfection. It's a wonderful place to relax with the family or drink with your friends. Loved it!!!

For years I would have told anyone, anywhere, this was one of the best restaurants in the Midwest. The parking lot was always full anytime of day and you knew you were going to wait, but it was worth it. The service was always excellent, the food great, and the store was clean. I don't know what has happen, new owner, or new management team, but it is not even close to the business it once was.

I walked in on st. Patrick's Day.. the waitress was very congenial and told me the special was corned beef and cabbage.. sounded good so I ordered some... she brought me a bowl of water with two or three carrot slices floating in it with a few shreds of cabbage and two or three spoonfuls of corned beef... obviously... they had run out of the ingredients for their special... but instead of informing their customers they decided to stretch what little they had.... so... if you like your meal thrown into a big bowl with a lot of water... this is the place for you... the chef here definitely knows how to use the faucet...
