Place is trash. Ppl always in your business. Cockroaches and mice everywhere. Smells in the hallway. Half the elevators and laundry rooms busted. Place is hell on earth.

THE WORST!!!If I could give this place a negative Star I would... The security staff is horrible not to mention they are all related...yup the mom is the supervisor, son and husband work for her...this place use to be peaceful until the manager hired these creeps..they make false reports on the tenants to get them evicted...very nosey and never do their job title...they are to worried about the gossip in the building and creating drama only a handful of people like them vs the rest of the building ready for them to leave...the maintenance men are pretty...the apartments are over ran with mice and roaches very disgusting!!!!!!! It only gets worse!!!! This place is a hell hole!!!! Run far away from here don't ever considered living here...the security will make your life a living hell!!!!! The office staff and security have no professionalism at all VERY RUDE!!!!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO LIVE HERE

Management is rude. Not friendly only on the day you fill out paperwork n give them money. Maintenance is also terrible they do sloppy work. Roaches n mice I seen in hallways also in my apt. They need to hire new security the ones they have are too nosey n don't do their job plus they have a slow kid working front desk. The power always goes out. You pay too much for nothing basically.

This place is a dump. Very overpriced and the halls are gross. Views from the oceanfront rooms are nice but this place needs a makeover.
