Visited for Valentine's Day date with my husband. When we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff. The pasta sauce was rich and flavorful. They have cozy and romantic atmosphere. Love their 3 course meal.Food: 5/5
Love the decor and ambiance of the building. Food was mediocre at best. We ordered the lasagna and spinach and cheese ravioli. Both dishes arrived a bit cold. The meat in the lasagna reminded me of the meat in Chef Boyardee ravioli. Our salads were edible, but a little soggy. Coke was very watered out. Service was prompt and friendly.
Yummy food and great service! We mostly go here to celebrate birthdays. This time we noticed that the spaghetti with the mizithra cheese and the white sauce was very greasy. When we heated up the leftovers the next day, there was a solid block of grease in between the noodles. Otherwise, the salads and soups are simple, but taste good. It’s great to get the spumoni at the end, too. My teens also still like the Italian sodas with a free glass they get to take home. We love the sourdough bread with butter as well!
The interior is wonderfully plastered with scenes of the old world. It was just too loud and dark for a group meeting, and the food tasted horribly. I have attached photos of a chicken parm plate that you will find at Cristianos in Marysville, which far out delivers OSF by miles. Take note!Food: 3/5
Great food. Great company. Awesome experience. We will DEFINITELY be coming back. Again. & again. Beautiful velvet chairs. You feel like you are in a fancy place, possibly under dressed! I'll be bringing a bib next time! The food is so delicious that it's almost impossible NOT TO 'make a mess' of yourself. It gets REALLY NOISY, as any large restaurant can be. The food is worth it! Large portions as well! Parking: Tons of parking. Opens at 5p. So if you get there earlier you get a great spot. Kid-friendliness: Have fun stuff for kids to do at the table. Coloring, Hat making Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp up at the top lot.
What's not to love! Salad, pasta and ice cream for one price. If you have never been check it out! Try and get a spot in the train for dinner, kids love it. The price has increased since my last visit several years ago but, overall still a great value.Food: 4/5
We had a large group with only 1 waiter and he did the best he could.Food: 3/5
I like going to the Spaghetti Factory on special occasions. This time it was for my graduation and I finally remembered to write a review. I love the value of the meals as every meal comes with a starter minestrone soup or some salad, your main and some ice cream. Food is great. My go-to is their Spinach and Meat Tortellinis but I also tried and like various other pastas of theirs like their Alfredo or their meat sauce. I'd recommend making a reservation, we had always made reservations when going there. A big reason to reserve is because when we showed up for our reservation, we overheard a walk-in group being told the wait was 45 minutes!!
Showed up at 6:30 on a Saturday night and had to wait an hour for a table. HIGHLY recommend getting a reservation before going to the restaurant. It was well worth the wait though. We were served a 3 course meal, soup or salad, bread and ice cream to top it off for desert. We all enjoyed our food. Lasagna was perfect! Other than the wait we were happy with our visit.
Wow this place is excellent. I felt like I having dinner in some Harry Potter building !! Very different ambience. This place is very kid friendly and kids also have a separate menu. In that menu they have a activity for kids as well. My favorite item in the food we ordered is carb ravioli. I prefer to visit this place again with my family too.
