FANTASTIC service! From the moment we walked in it was a five star experience!!! Lawrence was our waiter and the service was impeccable. We ordered the quail, duck, lamb pops & brie - all had incredible presentation and even better flavor! Thank you for a memorable birthday celebration!Food: 5/5

New favorite spot for great food and drinks. All the food was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. My favorites so far are the roasted duck fettuccine and seafood risotto . Can't wait to come back and try the other dishes

1 word: delicious  we loved everything about our choices!   the best part? Dessert  Crème brûlée     We are looking forward to go back and order other tapas. Atmosphere and stuff are friendly and welcoming

Perfect little spot for tapas! We went for girls night out & had a great time. We tried Bocalao Croquettes, Tomato Arugula Salad, Fried Buffalo Burrata & PEI Mussels not pictured. The food was delicious, ambiance ideal & staff friendly & helpful. We had a chance to talk to the new bartender & look forward to coming back to see what new, fresh cocktails join the menu. I could totally see this becoming one of my neighborhood go tos!

What a little gem tucked in a popular shopping center.   I've tried the whole menu, so far my fav items are chicken, mussel, and crème brûlée.  Only open dinners and wk brunch, closed on Mondays.  So glad I don't have to drive to SouthPark or downtown for something I really enjoy, I can see this place becoming a neighborhood favorite.  It is cozy, cute and charming.  The manager informed me they will have seasonal items which I love, something to look ward to.  All the staff were very friendly and passionate about what they serve, will definitely be back soon!

Where do I start….???!!! Amazing food , perfect cocktails   excellent service, friendly atmosphere, perfect for date night with girlfriends and they also host parties . It’s a must!!!

Great experience at The One.  My wife and I had a late dinner at The One this evening and had a great time.  Nice setting too.  Quail, steak and baked brie were delicious and fun.  Wine by the glass a good price and such great service.  I made a funny remark about how small quails are and the waiter must have mentioned to the chef because he sent us another one.  Over the top service!

Bartender is amazing and the chefs are awesome.  The food selection is world class.

One phrase...next level! Food, service and atmosphere all just phenomenal and special. Tapas small plates food symbolic of the Spanish, Mediterranean and Greek regions.  11/29/22 update - went back to The One recently and they now have a Specials Menu with some new features including seafood tower, squid ink pasta, seafood chowder, branzino fish, Bloody Mary and etc...all delicious and very innovative! This new restaurant is raising the bar high for the local area
