They are always so professional and prompt. I have never had to sit around waiting for the Dr, as it seems the medical profession is always behind. They get you in an out while making you feel like you are their #1 patient.

Was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff was terrific - friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Tam listened patiently, offered multiple solutions to my vision issues and was super nice. Really happy with my experience!

As a new patient, you never really know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and quickly had me prepped for the doctor. Dr. Tam saw me right away. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She clearly explained her diagnosis and suggested "office glasses". Great call. They work great and I don't have to use a magnifying glass at my desk anymore. If you want an excellent experience, book an appointment with Dr. Tam! The follow up staff was great too, and my glasses were done early!

They were super nice and helpful. My prescription makes my lenses thicker, but they helped make sure I found a pair of glasses that fit the lenses while still being a style that I liked.

I've been coming here for over a year and every time I come here I get the best customer service! Yuna is the absolute best! She makes getting glasses and contacts a super easy process and a warm and friendly one! She answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable and awesome! If you're thirstin' for some new glasses and great customer service, go see Yuna at The Optik!
