Overpriced and disgusting. The buns to my burger tasted cold and the meat had no flavor, the garlic fries were nasty and way to sweet for some reason ! All the staff were a bunch of teenagers hanging out around the restaurant and laying down on the benchs which made us feel uncomfortable and weirded out
Great service, owner and staff members remember customers by name and our always very helpful. The menu is great and so is the food... Always fresh. Vegetarian options: Various salads, fried rice. They have a menu that is very extensive. Kid-friendliness: A spacious place for family enjoyment and outside sitting as well. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes , wheelchair accessible.
Terrible food. Burger was over cooked, bun was soggy. The red onions were cut waaayy too thick. You’d think they’d have at least that down. Lol. Fries were old and refried. Save your money. Go the El Cerrito location instead!

A great place to stop by after work or a game, or for no reason at all and have a freshly made, great tasting burger or any other item on their menu. Their Onion Rings and Seasoned Fries combo is very generous and flavorful. They offer some interesting dishes and very good service in a very informal and cozy place.
It might take a little while to get your food, but there's two chefs behind the counter trying to get food done for mostly online orders. But when you get your food you know it's fresh and just cooked like you need to give it a second before you need it. It's too hot. Very good food for lunch that is. I've never been here before, but have heard great things. Was down in the area today and got a cheeseburger, omgosh so good. All the ingredients are fresh and tasty. Definitely my favorite new burger place. Cant wait to go back and try a omelette.
Had Red Onion growing up when I lived in Hercules 17 years ago. Brought my son to get the full experience of enjoying a large basket of fries, onion rings and milkshakes to go with our burgers. So after all the hype I gave him about ordering the burger he decided to get the chicken sticks But anyway, they were HUGE. He could only finish one. I ordered the strawberry milkshake and it was even better then I remember it to be. I got a strawberry on almost every sip, so satisfying. My son had the Oreo which he also loved. Fries and onion rings are still A+. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with pickles it was really good! Only thing that changed for me is the large amount of lettuce that they add to the burger, I had to take some out to really see the meat. But overall we left the place served very well by the host and satisfied .
Place is small but the service was fast and the food was tasty and cheap. I'm a vegetarian and I was thrilled to see they have multiple options! Overall a good mom-and-pop fast food joint.
Bomb burgers and good service. Owner is very cool. Definitely recommend this place and the impossible burger is very good
