Great location right on the Comal river. It's shallow enough around the shore for the kids to play without a tube. Great lawn area with around 9 small deer living on the grounds. Common area in the middle to congregate with family/friends to eat or let the kids play on the playground. You can rent tubes and a shuttle ride. Compressed air to blow up your tubes. The cabins themselves are just okay. Very dated and roaches around.

Oh my goodness. The best place for families to vacation or just for a three day weekend. There is so much to do, ride the river, volley ball, horse shoes, playground equipment, outdoor grills to cook on. A calm relaxing river ride, just floating. Feed the deer, ducks and birds. It is so relaxing. The deer pictures were taken from the porch of my room.

The location is great for a small professional retreat, with good meeting rooms for discussions and access to the river

Beautiful view, and its right on the river. I think the beds could have been more comfortable for the price, other than that, its perfect!!

Very friendly nice clean and many many family friendly attractions. Would recommend to everyone. Great Riverside cabins with parking right in front. Playground BBQ pits volleyball washers and etc. Right across from the new park @ Schlitterbahn.
