Rude service was my first issue with this place. The units smell awful but they look clean. Also someone runs an automotive repair business and lives in a unit on the end making it almost impossible to get in and unload my trailer. They pro-rated the last week of the month and charged me (OK) but when I asked if they'd pro rate if I removed my stuff early during a month, they said no. So they only pro-rate if it benefits them.
