I have to say I am overjoyed with Brian and his Company, The Paint Doctor. Usually, you often don't get to meet the Owner, but when I contacted Brian with my after sale concerns, he not only made the effort to come and see me but went over and above what I expected in making sure we would be satisfied by checking in on the work (and us) as each stage went along. I know I had many questions and probably more than most, but i loved the time and effort he put in to the responses and assurances and he came though on every level regardless that I may have been one of his more difficult customers I am sure! The work his team performed was so professional and they exceeded my standards on  time, quality, cleanliness and most of all taking care of my property and furniture inside and out while they did they internal and external paint work on my entire property. I guess, they were so reasonably priced it caused me initial after sales concern, but they are not only competitive they perform to top standards. Well done! My husband and I would recommend you to anyone (and have done already to our friends as you know). We look forward to working with you again one day in the future. Thanks to you all. Fiona & Todd

Brian, I can't thank you enough for the hard work you did on our home and also my new offices. I am so excited about both, it took some time as we wanted so much but we are very impressed with how hard you guys work and how much you went out of your way to accommodate my demanding ways LOL. I especially appreciate you nailing it all before the New Year for my office Launch. Great Job we will use you again for sure!

We bought a house recently and the whole inside was a dark green color, we called the paint Doctor Brian came out and quoted, his crew where very friendly and professional, clean and tidy and respectful to our whole family, and most important pet and child conscious! There have been a couple of negative reviews on here, we never had any issues and would highly recommend, and will use again

We are a General Contracting Company who has been working in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas for the past 19 years.  That being said this is our first negative review of any company.  The Paint Doctor was the most unreliable paint company with sub-par quality we have ever worked with.  We used them on two jobs and realized once they were paid they will not answer their phone.  We tried to get them back to work on a simple punch list with no success.  We ended up paying another painter to finish their work.  Also, we had another job they were suppose to meet us at several times and they just never showed up.

Said job would take 4 days, still not completed after 3 full months.  They left trash and equipment all over the yard.  Said they needed money for more paint.  Won't return phone calls.  Workers came at all different hours for a little bit at a time.  Got overspray all over doors, window screens, light fixtures, the bbq grill, our garden hoses that they used, and a travel trailer that was 10 ft away from the house.  Always had excuses on why they couldn't paint. They left the gate open and let the dog loose.  Left the paint out in the cold.  If they would have been done on time it wouldnt have been cold.
Update: after posting this the owner of Paint Doctor called saying he fired the two guys that "painted" The house.  He came and picked up most of their equipment. 
He then asked us to remove this review. He said that he would have someone else finish the job.  Shortly after another gentleman called to look at what needed to be done.  He said he would have it fixed in a short time.
  After a month still nothing. After two more calls we found out the painter was in the hospital for a day.  Sorry he was ill.  Two weeks after that, still nothing.  Another phone call was made and a voicemail was left stating if the job wasn't finished within a week, a lawsuit would be filed.  Within 5 min a call back.  Today a painter came out and started fixing the problem.  He said he will be finishing up tomorrow.  This review is as truthful as I can be, and not written out of malice. I am glad the problem is getting taken care of but this shouldn't have happened.  I will update once work is completed. Looking at the bottom I see the owner is stating that I am not a client.  However, My retiree disabled parents are.  Please see photos for a copy of the contract. I have watched their frustration for over 5 months.  I have visited their house and have seen cables, decorations, house numbers and window screens laying all over because they can't put them up, because the work is not finished.  I was planning on updating the rating  from one star once the work has been completed, but now we will see. I will post pictures if I can figure out how.
  Update:  1/5/2018  weeks more, job not finished after an attempt to finish the job.  Still wires and paint supplies everywhere. My parents keep hearing, "we will come tomorrow," or "it's too cold to paint."  
  Pictures are of overspray, cracks that were filled with silicone then painted, wires hanging.  The house has been like this since 11/17.  It was great having family over for the holidays and seeing all of this.
  The second painter, Robert, who came did a lot of work and did a good job of fixing the previous painters mistakes, but didn't finish.
  Since the job was paid for and not finished this is fraud, crimes against the elderly, and crimes against the disabled.  This is criminal law not civil.  We just wanted the  job done and done correctly.
  Getting estimates from other painters now.  One painter/owner is on his way already.
