We just had our daughter's house in Smyrna painted and I can not say enough about how pleased we were with the entire company from Andrea who coordinated to Jason who did the estimate to Wil who met us the morning the job started and finally to the 2 guys who patched and painted and worked a miracle. This was to me a big job as there was a good bit of patching that needed to be done in several rooms but after the job was done in 2 days we were blown away by how perfect the whole house looked. I would absolutely use them again and refer anyone needing painting to them.

The painting done on the interior of my home is absolutely perfect.  We loved working with Ricardo and his team.  Ricardo was very helpful and even gave me some advice on changing the intensity of the paint colors.  He knows his job, and his goal is to make customers happy.  It was large job that took a few weeks.  Many things could have gone wrong, but nothing did.  The painting job was outstanding!!!

I clearly and specifically communicated my requirements to the sales person  several times before contracting any work to this company.   The sales person repeatedly confirmed that they could prepare and finish the work in the manner that I had requested.  Each detail was written into the contract stipulating the type of preparation work that I wanted done and the type of material that I requested in order to accomplish the finish and durability that I needed.  I had to go to work on the day that the work began, so I left my wife with the specifics of each area of concern that I wanted to make sure was addressed and or confirmed with the project manager and workers before the work was started in order to avoid any confusion.  Everything was again discussed and agreed upon but nothing was done properly.  My wife was suspicious that they were skipping steps but the workers told her they were doing it as requested.  Because of my wife's suspicions, I had to leave work and go home to check on the project.  I found that they were ignoring my specific requests and lying to my wife.  They initially tried to lie to me but when they found that I had a technical understanding of the work they admitted that they were not doing it as contracted.  They failed in every aspect and did irreparable damage to a project that I had worked countless hours and many months to prepare.  In addition to the improper prep and finish, they ignored my requests to take precautions to protect the custom made stainless steel counters, custom painted built-in tool boxes, and specialty painted floor finish.  Their sloppy work doesn't match their sales pitch.

Great experience for my first time hiring painters. My wife and I are very satisfied with the job they did painting the outside of our house. Overall the communication was good and the crew was very friendly. We will be using them again for our next project.
