Wish I’d taken pictures of this place. We stopped in after visiting the bakery next door not really expecting to buy anything as we were loaded with bread.  It’s so nice inside! We were greeted with samples and spoke to the owner a bit. Each sample was really unique and delicious. I went with the taro dipped in cookie crumble and a drizzle of white chocolate! It was way better than I expected. The cookie formed a hard shell and totally took the ice cream bar to the next level.  We’ll definitely stop by each and every time we’re in town.

I am so glad we came in. Did not expect to buy but we did. It is a different type of dessert place and I love how unique they are. You are greeted with a sample that will definitely make you wanting more. The ice cream bars we chose was the pistachio and the strawberry kiwi flavor. The strawberry and kiwi one was so delicious. You get two flavors in one. The ice cream bars were not too sweet like other places. The sweetness is just right. They also have some aqua frescas. We tried the blueberry lime and my daughter just loved it. As I said before it was sweetened just right where it is not too sweet. I also love the decor inside and their branding idea.

Fun hidden gem dessert spot tucked away in a shopping plaza! High Quality ingredients made with real fruit and ingredients, customise your own from one of their delicious pre-made flavors. You can’t go wrong either way! Great variety of flavors and excellent customer service interaction from the staff! Location and parking is absolutely accessible with plenty of room in the store for friends to come and hang out.

Finally tried an ice cream bar from here after hearing about this place from several people and was not disappointed. I had a simple bar Hazelnut Crunch and it was satisfying, but my husband had a Pistachio one with toppings and chocolate drizzle and all that took it to the next level...I'll get mine with toppings next time

This place was amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and kind and will give you all the free samples! The paletas were so creamy and delicious and super filling! I will definitely be coming back

I love this place! Every ice cream bar is delicious! The people who works there are super friendly. They let us try so many flavours. 5 star experiences!

The staff here are incredible. They take time to explain everything to you, give you free samples, and provide an excellent experience from start to finish.  First, you start by picking a paleta milk or water based popsicle. They are all incredible, and I highly suggest sampling durian. I went with the strawberry cream cheese paleta.  Second, you can dunk them in chocolate milk, white, or dark. I did a half dip in white chocolate.  Third, choose toppings. I went with Oreo.  Last, choose additional fruits - I skipped this but it would be nice with fresh fruits!  Finally, enjoy one of the best desserts you’ll find in Vegas!  Staff were super nice and even let us sample some of their aqua frescas fresh juices. Their watermelon juice tasted exactly like what you expect watermelon to taste like and was phenomenal!  Overall, great experience from start to finish.

Let me tell you about my newest addiction… The Paleta Bar is serving up some amazingly yummy gourmet Mexican pops. There are so many bars, toppings, and menu items to choose from. The possibilities really are endless. I tried the taro paleta with a white chocolate drizzle, Oreo cookie crumbles, crushed peanuts, and strawberries drizzled with white chocolate.  My favorite part was being able to watch my paleta being made. I also found out that they make their paleta fresh in house, which makes me want to support their business even more! The workers are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I love The Paleta Bar! If you’re looking for a delicious gourmet dessert, I definitely recommend checking out The Paleta Bar!

The ice cream was tasty but $9 is a little steep for just a popsicle. The fruit was really good though. I had the avocado paleta dipped in milk chocolate with Graham topping and Pineapple. The Pineapple was the best part. The staff was friendly but I felt pretty rushed in here. Not the best place for someone that doesn't like crowded places. It's very busy on Sunday night.

Most interesting "popsicle" place I've come across. The choices seem endless when you consider all the additional items you can add.   Protein powders, nuts, crunches, gummies and fruit.  Don't take too much advantage but it seems they will give you endless samples. Shop is a little small, would be nice to sit and relax to enjoy it more.  Come give it a try
