They got my $200 deposit for a townhouse and were supposed to let me know within a few days if I was "approved". No one called and every time I called to check on my application either no one answered the phone or I was told that Andres was out on the property. Very poor communication. They had all my paperwork for weeks and never called to verify employment, rental history etc.  I even showed up at the office and still could not find out if I was approved. Took over 3 weeks for Andres to call back. It was the week before I was supposed to move in and still had no clue if I was even approved.  In the meantime I found somewhere else to live. I can't wait 3+weeks to find out if I am approved.  I am so glad I found somewhere else based on all the bad reviews.

I love this apartment. The location is wonderful. The location is in Carroll wood. It's a little expensive, but you get what you paid for. I will renew my lease for a second year. Do not believe the other reviews. This location isn't ghetto, I used to live the ghetto and trailer park it wasn't fun.

Too bad I can't leave 0 stars. Please save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these people. I have lived in every level of class of apartment living there is - from luxury to filthy ghetto. I have never had such atrocious experience with the maintenance and leasing office as I have had here. No one has a drop of people skills, much less customer service. No one has a drop of common sense to either get things done or find the resources to get things done in a timely manner. You call the office and you have a better chance of having an American Eagle fly into your house than have your call picked up, get a call back or much less get a response to your email. Any issue you might have keep a documentation of your WRITTEN requests and response time - this will help you in court! If you've never studied tenant's rights, I suggest you do some research and I promise you'll find some violations to them with these incompetent greedy lazy fools. From maintenance to the "professional" paper pushers in the office, this place is absolutely disgusting and cheap in every possible way.

This is the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life! These people don't give a damn about you, the apartments aren't kept up what so ever and when something is wrong with your apartment nothing is done about it and is never fixed. I suggest that nobody moves into this trashy ass place ever!

Lake Magdalene is a very beautiful Apartment Community with lots of extras. I run a business from my home and need a quiet and uninterrupted area to do this. The Park has made it easy to not only live here but also conduct my business. The Park has a mixed community with families and single people alike making it a very safe community to live in. The Park also offers quite a few extras in the way of a Gym, pool and open fields. Trash disposal is centrally located and easy to access at anytime. The mail boxes fit this description as well, centrally located and easy access. My favorite aspect though is the view of the lake from my second story apartment. Many a morning and a night will I sit on my screened in porch and just enjoy the beauty of it all.
