This was a great experience at move in. Professional sales process. That was the one thing they got right. I have been there for over 2 months and still dont have my move in bonus or whatever they are calling it. That isn't the biggest disappointment though. I still cant buzz anyone into my building as advertised during move in because the number that the buzzer rings is not my number. Sounds trivial until I was laying incapacitated during a medical emergency recently where an ambulance had to be called. I am beyond disappointed with the level of service. I have received zero call backs form the local team or the corporate team. The place is a sham and lacks integrity or follow through. My recommendation is to not look here at all but to consider other options.

I love park avenue lofts . Staff are efficient courteous and problem solving. We have top notch security. We are close to great eatery places. Our lofts are up to date.

I'm a transplant in Arkansas from San Francisco. I am surprised AND pleased that I've found a home with a similar style as the Bay Area. With Restaurants at a stone's throw and Target at a... um... a javelin's throw, provides the convenience of dining and shopping without having to get into a car. Something that is very unique to San Francisco and other cities that provide their residents to exclusive neighborhood amenities. While looking around, I was surprised at the lack of recycling options in the Little Rock area, so I'm happy that Park Avenue Lofts provides recycling to their residents. I'm also glad that you can bring your pet with you. Many places as nice as these won't allow pets. They really did all the work FOR me when I was deciding if this was the place for me. They gave me all the references I needed for electricity, cable, alarm and security services that all I needed to do was sign a lease. What else do I like about Park Avenue Lofts? Oh yeah!!! Free Coffee! Coffee!! Coffee!!! Really!! Another thing. Although I can sometimes hear my upstairs neighbor (which isn't bad, I used to live in a community where my upstairs neighbor was a ballet dancer), I NEVER hear my next door neighbors unless I ask one of them to bang on the wall so I can gauge how much noise I COULD hear. But I CAN NOT hear their music, TV, OR washer or dryer. Go by for a visit! I'm sure that you'll find something else that I haven't mentioned about The Lofts that I forgot to mention!

Had bad experience while living here. First poor construction. The apartments look fancy but with every rainstorm there would be water in my living room (which they never fixed). You can hear your neighbors ALL the time. Bad management. I raised concerns about their policies and facilities when I moved in and was asked to move out if I didn't like it. (Had to wait a year, its expensive to move in and out of apt with lot of furniture). Very argumentative. Moving out was also a hassle had to make several trips to get a walk through done. Would not recommend.

I like living here. Everything is efficient, new and centrally located in midtown. The convenience is a huge plus and the staff is very friendly. They're very busy people but they try to give the best service possible. You're located basically in the middle of the city, with a downtown feel without being downtown. It's new construction so there are some things that you need to get used to, like maintenance constantly making noise during the day. This is listed as a disclosure when you sign your lease so it's not a surprise. I will bump up the rating to an extra star once when the construction completes. I love the modern designs they incorporated in the office, the hallways and common areas. Coming soon, there will be a pool and club house with a modern look and I can't wait! This place is a definite recommend for people looking for that luxury apartment with convenience. _____________________________ Update: Pool and club house is nice but they have issues with enforcing rules to people with multiple guest and glass-bottled drinks. A dog park nearby there is also promised but hasn't been built. Most of our neighbors are really nice but we ran into a few that aren't as friendly. That's fairly normal in an apartment community. I have mixed feelings about the management. They're mostly nice and try to accommodate us. Though our experience was unique to us, we still found them disappointing towards the end of our lease. During our residency, my husband and I purchased a house (management knew we were finding a new home) and we were in a situation where we couldn't wait for our lease to end. So we tried to make reasonable negotiations to not run out on them. Since the management are not the property owners, they weren't as flexible with us and the penalties were steeper than just riding the lease out. We were 3 months out from finishing. We convinced them to transfer us to a cheaper apartment so it didn't hurt as bad but the kicker was that they had someone lined up immediately for our place. Why couldn't the new tenant pick up on the rest and we pay a small penalty? Most property management usually does that and let it go. They ended up on top and let us take the hit.
