I did not feel safe at all here. I have had serval scary encounters with homeless persons sleeping - maybe even living in the stairwells. The people under the stairs is a real thing here. Women should carry mace. It’s a very eerie feeling. Management doesn’t really care about the safety of people here. I know we share the area with many transients but it almost feels like they own the property and they come and go as they please.

A  beautiful quiet and peaceful place in the middle of our busy, but absolutely stunning city of Los Angeles.

Here for UCLA Extension classes. It's easy to access, well-lit, and a great courtyard to do some work in. Free WIFI too but shuts off at 8pm

Relaxing atmosphere where peace, prosperity and poverty can come together and remember the vision of so many. SO MANY TREASURES to be found here, but the humanity is the most important.  Homelessness is not a crime. If you see a person acting up here, you need not worry.  Enter the park with peaceful intentions, and you will feel renewed.

Front desk security person did not know how to deal with SpotHero reservation, so we paid to get out. Only found someone at the exit who knew what to do, but it was too late then. Recommend SpotHero to delist this facility.

Fantastic business park. Everyone there so friendly and accommodating. Very clean and up to date. Parking is a little steep but you have to expect that in Down Town.

Parked here instead of using an Lax parking spot, reasonable monthly fee, super secure huge locked gate for after hours cameras and 24/7 security.  We will definitely be using that place again for long trips

Watch out for the parking. The machine ate my classmates credit card.  I waited for the attendant to come help her and even used my cell phone as a flashlight to help him.  Because it took longer than the allotted time to exit the structure I had to pay an additional fee to exit after already having paid the maximum daily fee.

Trouble getting out of the parking structure.. machines wouldn't take my ticket or credit card so Garage Manager gave me a parking pass. Guess what, that didn't work to lift the gate. So I had to park again and go find someone to open the gate.. madness on a Friday afternoon rush hour traffic. SMH

I enjoy shopping here at target ..place is kept clean service could improve once in awhile run into employees who just don't have great people skills
