Have been using The Parking Spot and The Parking Spot 2 for almost 15 years. Today, Christmas Day of all days my family and I ran into the rudest most unhelpful driver. He (Ken) sat in his empty shuttle bus and watched the 3 of us carry 8 bags to the bus. No help, no good Morning, no Merry Christmas no nothing. As we drove away from our car, or should I say sped.... He purposely slung us around.  Then, after watching him give all of the other passengers after us the card with their parking spot id, my wife asked if he had ours. He looked at her and said "you walked right by me" Pardon us you jerk! We were trying to get all of our bags onboard with no help from YOU. So glad we made sure we had tip money for you. Don't worry, we used it in the airport to purchase drinks. Never again! 

If you don't like your job you should get another one. Merry Christmas! When we pick up our car we'll never be back. Plenty of other options.

Used my smartphone to enter the facility and quickly found a place to park; the shuttle was behind my car and waiting before I even got out the drivers seat. The driver loaded ours bag up and then went to pick another customer up before leaving with us. On arrival back to ATL at 2 in the morning, the shuttles were constantly coming back and forth, while communicating with each other when they were leaving the airport. The cashier was friendly and the free waters, sodas, lemonades and other drinks in the fridge by the exit were a welcome treat. Will use again.

The could be sure to announce to riders that pickups on their return flights are on the side of rhw airport, not in the frontcwhere originally dropped off. Also, make the van Numbers more visible from the front, #1 or #2.  But, the employees are awesomely and very patient.

I have used this parking service to more than fifteen years and never have a problem.  There ample parking spaces and the rates are competitive to other companies.  The location is very convenient to I-285 which will get you to anywhere in the Atlanta area.

After parking here for over a year, I agree with the other comments about the shuttle issues. Sitting on the bus today, for 20 minutes (on a monday afternoon) as we drive around the lot looking for folks to pickup. This is not the first time this has happened this year. The drivers complain about the scheduling, and hopefully they resolve this soon. I will say that the Parking Spot 1 is better about this issue. Gave 3 stars, with the hopes that this can be fixed soon.
