I've been searching for a great place that makes both myself and my anxious, little pup comfortable going to weekly or last minute. I'm glad I get to watch them groom/clip her nails and see how much love they give her, even though she's always jumpy. They let me know of any concerns and always willing to give me advice or home remedies I may ask about for a better experience. Definitely worth the 15-20min drive!!

My experience with  your grooming department has been excellent! The groomers do as I ask and don't just skin Gabby for no apparent reason. Where I use to take her would do that without consulting me first and charged way to much. Gabby seems to like your groomers better than any she has had and that is a big PLUS for me.

We have typically used pet-sitters at our home for quiet a while with our older doggies. However, our newest addition is a sweet shepherd mix puppy who needs MUCH more attention. Our experience at the PawPlex was amazing. The staff were friendly and courteous, and made sure our lil' man was well taken care of! We had such a good experience that we purchased a card for 10 nights of boarding to be used at any time! We'll be back soon!!

I recommend PawPlex highly for their excellent service. The staff are friendly and is eager to ensure the results is satisfactory. I have moved away to Sugar Hill, but I still drive to PawPlex in Suwanee to have my toy poodle groomed.
