Outstanding service. The ski-in, ski-out experience is unmatched. They lay your skis out for you and all you have to do is step in. At the end of the day the guy steps on your binding and you step out. You don't even have to bend down, let alone touch the equipment. They fetch your stored shoes for you while you are removing your ski boots so that you don't accidentally get your socks wet. Hot cocoa or hot cider is a nice treat coming off the mountain. The great room is a wonderful place to relax with a drink and watch the sunset.

The Peaks is a treat and the staff will make you feel like you are VIP! Sir Coach to Sam to all the people in the ski in, ski out are amazing! They will let you stoke the huge fireplace in the lobby if you look like you know what you're doing. Thank you for another great stay! Can't wait to return.

Customer service was wonderful. Everyone at The Peaks were friendly and accommodating. The spa and fitness facilities are superb. The ski valet service is too of the line. We had breakfast catered by the hotel for our meeting and it was DELICIOUS.

Great location. Can ski on to the slopes from just outside the hotel. The ski valet is quick and painless. A short walk let's you ride a free gondola to Telluride. The room cleaning service is excellent.

Great hotel ideally located in Telluride Mountain Village. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional.
