My dog was hit by a car and this clinic was the only 24 hr Vet open around Northwest Dade/Hialeah. Even though the visit was costly (as most 24 hr Vet's are) they managed to stabilize my dog. Ultimately they sent me to the only board certified neurologist in South Florida. I'm very pleased with the service as they kept me updated all night about my dogs condition and the staff was more than accommodating. Just keep in mind before you write a negative review that anytime you have an emergency with a pet since it is specialized care it will cost a pretty penny.

I've taken my dog here since I adopted her when she was 6 months and now she's almost 10 yrs old. The staff and Dr are so friendly and you can tell they  care about your pet and they give them the attention it needs.  I moved and it's no longer close to me but I can't think of taking my dog anywhere else. They also open Saturdays and have  grooming and boarding service so that's an additional incentive.  My only negative would be the cost but it helps if you have insurance.  Overall,  if you love your pet then quality of service and care is your priority and this would be the best place to take your pet

Know Dr, Diaz for many years. He was Sir Oliver doctor for 17 years. He used to call him little old man. Took care of him in a such human way. Went beyond the call of duty. Now his taken care of my two llasas with 
 love tender and much care. His holistic care is very important to me, the staff Melissa, Bianca, Ken, Maria and Rick are very caring sweet with our babies. They are true pet lovers . This is the best place for our 4 legged babies to be taken care of.

Good service from vet, but would never consider leaving my cats there - facilities for a cattery aren't adequate and come across as an afterthought.

I am so regrettable I overlooked the only one star review before I visited this place. It is a rip off. I have exactly same experience with the one star review lady before me. They charged me $600 and never told me what happened to my dog. It is like you go to a hospital, the doctor asks you to do x-ray and other exams before they can tell you  anything and those tests are already $600. I ended up going to other pet clinic who only charged me $48 and the bums on my dog are gone. So keep away from this place is my sincerest advice. Never overlook although there is one bad review.
