I was looking for a reliable place to order flowers online. I found The Petal Patch and I couldn't be more happy. Flowers arrived on time and Brenda did an amazing job. I will definitely order again.

I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day.  I scheduled the delivery for the Saturday before, given that The Petal Patch was closed on Sunday.  The order ended up being delivered on Thursday, two days before it was scheduled.  When I called to express my displeasure, the woman who answered didn't seem to care and stated "We do that so they can enjoy the flowers through the holiday".  OK, I guess that's a valid viewpoint but what's the point of scheduling a delivery if you're going to disregard the date I chose?  Not once was I asked for my order number or name.  The fact that they couldn't accept blame for their mistake and offer a simple apology is unacceptable and the reason for my 1 star review.
