I'm reviewing on behalf of my coworkers from the hospital.  We've always ordered from them and on Sunday, March 11, 2018 we had a big order in, as we always do. When I opened the box with the fries it was so burnt black and tasted bitter, I called in to the shop and told the guy who answered the phone that I can't believe that they sent the fries although they knew they were badly burnt, he said " that's how the fries are!" I told him this is not the first time I'm ordering fries from them. He went on to say different places, different fries! without any apologies. I was shocked at his behavior and immediately said really! Not even an apology? He said if you want your money back for the fries you can stop by and pick it up. SO RUDE!  Also we ordered Funnel Cake Fries, apparently they ran out of them but didn't bother to call us and let us know and see if we wanted something else, instead they waited until they delivered then upon leaving the delivery guy said oh btw we ran out of the funnel fries and left with all the money including the money for the funnel fries.  Pizza Shop, all we have to say is you have lost yourself good costumers! POOR COSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I've been going here since I was a kid and live it here, the portions are very large for the price, thier pizza sauce is my favorite, they use good cheese and they care about thier regular customers.

Food is awesome,  sub rolls are the best and top quality ingredients. Strombolis are fantastic. I order at least once a week.
